【合作案例精选】网络中文课堂

2023年5月23日，在“中国-上海合作组织数字技术合作发展论坛”开幕式上，《中国-上合组织国家数字领域合作案例集(2023年)》(以下简称案例集)正式发布。此案例集从申报企业、应用国家、案例简介、应用背景及实施效果等多个角度对入围案例的创新成果和最佳实践进行系统性归纳与梳理。合作案例应用覆盖中国、俄罗斯、印度、哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦等国家，有效推动了上海合作组织国家数字领域产品、服务、应用、数字基础设施和解决方案方面经验共享，为上海合作组织国家数字领域国际合作树立了标杆典范。案例集中入选的37个项目颇具代表性，本篇文章将对《网络中文课堂》案例进行详述。

2020年3月，五洲网络联合汉考国际教育科技（北京）有限公司、阿里巴巴钉钉、日本青少年育成协会、泰国孔敬大学孔子学院等20多家单位发起成立“中文联盟”数字化云服务平台（www.chineseplus.net）。中文联盟平台支持中外教育机构、社会组织和企业参与建设网络中文课堂，搭建本土化平台，开展远程网上中文教学，提供在线“教、学、考、研”一体化服务，开展以在线中文为核心的预科教育课程和“中文+职业教育”课程等服务。

为满足各国教育机构和学习者学习中文、了解中国文化的需求，推动构建国际中文教育市场化、民间化、国际化发展格局，“网络中文课堂”应运而生。网络中文课堂采用班级制和远程“直播+辅导”的中文教学新模式，为全球中文学习者和教育机构提供标准化、高质量的在线中文教育服务。

案例应用效果

该案例中，中文联盟课程服务云平台由教务系统、直播课系统、慕课系统、习题系统、教学数据中心、手机app等组成，能够满足国际中文教学机构的课程教学和日常管理功能的一体化综合性服务。具体功能涵盖在线直播、点播课程学习、HSK在线考试报名、院校师生信息管理、院校日常运营管理、门户网站展示、资讯发布等多种功能，全方位服务网络中文课堂的日常教学工作，为国际中文教学机构提供本土化数字教学支持以及服务教育管理决策。平台具有学员在线学习行为数据统计和分析功能，并对网络中文课堂合作方开放相应管理权限，以利于双方项目负责人实时跟进了解学员学习动态，有针对性地介入项目管理；该平台可满足在PC端和移动端使用，确保学员能够随时随地登录学习。

截至目前，中文联盟与俄罗斯、巴基斯坦、阿联酋等18个国家的中外院校和平台合作建立了22家网络中文课堂，学员人数近1.3万人，覆盖相关地区中文学习受众近50万人。

In March 2020, Wuzhou Network, in collaboration with more than 20 institutions such as Hankao International Education Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Alibaba Ding Talk, Japan Youth Development Association, and Confucius Institute at Khon Kaen University, initiated the establishment of the "ChinesePlus" digital cloud service platform (www.chineseplus.net). The ChinesePlus platform supports Chinese and foreign educational institutions, social organizations, and enterprises to participate in the construction of online Chinese classrooms, establish localized platforms, carry out remote online Chinese teaching, provide integrated online "teaching, learning, examination, and research" services, and offer online Chinese-centered preparatory education programs and "Chinese + vocational education" programs.

Case background

In order to meet the needs of educational institutions and learners around the world to learn Chinese and understand Chinese culture, and to promote the market-oriented, privatized and internationalized development of international Chinese education, the "online Chinese classroom" came into being. The online Chinese classroom adopts a new Chinese teaching model of class system and remote "live streaming + tutoring", providing standardized and high-quality online Chinese education services for global Chinese learners and educational institutions.

The ChinesePlus Course Service Cloud Platform is composed of educational administration system, live class system, MOOC system, exercise system, teaching data center, mobile app, etc., which can provide integrated and comprehensive services to meet the daily needs of teaching and management of international Chinese teaching institutions. Specific functions cover online live and on-demand course learning, HSK online exam registration, information management of teachers and students, daily operation and management of institutions, portal display, information release and other functions, which can provide comprehensive services for the daily teaching work of online Chinese classrooms, provide localized digital teaching support for international Chinese teaching institutions as well as services for education management decision-making. The platform has the function of statistics and analysis of students' online learning behavior, and provides the management privileges to the partners of the online Chinese classroom, so as to facilitate the project managers of both parties to follow up and understand the learning dynamics of the students in real time, and intervene in the project management in a targeted manner; the platform can satisfy the use of the PC terminal and the mobile terminal, so as to make sure that the students can log in to learn at anytime and anyplace.
