中国-哈萨克斯坦合作委员会科技合作分委会第十次会议在华成功举行

近日,中国-哈萨克斯坦合作委员会科技合作分委会第十次会议在重庆召开。中国科技部副部长张广军、哈萨克斯坦科学与高等教育部副部长达尔汗•阿赫迈德-扎克分别率双方代表团出席会议。

张广军指出，今年5月中国-中亚峰会期间习近平主席与托卡耶夫总统举行会谈，双方一致认为，两国关系已经开启“黄金三十年”，目前中哈都处在发展振兴的关键阶段，双方要大力弘扬传统友好，坚定相互支持，密切发展战略对接，深化互利合作，共谋发展振兴，推动构建世代友好、高度互信、休戚与共的中哈命运共同体。中国科技部愿同哈方科技部门一道努力，高质量落实两国元首共识，深化科技创新合作，更好造福两国人民。双方应充分利用好科技合作分委会这一机制，推动中哈科技创新合作迈上新台阶。

达尔汗•阿赫迈德-扎克介绍了哈萨克斯坦科技创新发展的当前形势和前景，强调了哈萨克斯坦与中国在科学领域互利合作的潜力，并对中哈富有成果的合作给予高度评价。他表示希望未来继续深化双边科技创新合作，服务于两国的共同利益。

会谈结束时，双方签署了中哈合作委员会科技合作分委会第十次会议议定书。本次会议在首届“一带一路”科技交流大会框架下召开。访华期间，哈方代表团还参观了国家智能网联汽车创新中心等多家科创中心和实验室。 

Recently, the Tenth Meeting of the Sub-Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the China-Kazakhstan Cooperation Committee was held in Chongqing. Zhang Guangjun, Vice Minister of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, and Darkhan Ahmed-Zak, Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, led delegations from both sides to attend the meeting.

Zhang Guangjun pointed out that during the China-Central Asia Summit in May this year, President Xi Jinping held talks with President Tokayev, and the two sides agreed that the relationship between the two countries has begun the "Golden Thirty Years", and at present China and Kazakhstan are at a critical stage of development and revitalization, and the two sides should vigorously carry forward the tradition of friendship and firm support for each other, and closely develop the strategic docking to deepen the mutually beneficial cooperation and seek common development and revitalization. The two sides should vigorously carry forward traditional friendship, firmly support each other, closely match development strategies, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, seek common development and revitalization, and promote the construction of a China-Kazakhstan community of destiny that is friendly for generations, with a high degree of mutual trust and solidarity. The Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China is willing to work with Kazakhstan's science and technology authorities to implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state with high quality, deepen cooperation in science and technology innovation, and better benefit the two peoples. The two sides should make full use of the mechanism of the Subcommittee on Science and Technology Cooperation to promote China-Kazakhstan cooperation in science and technology innovation to a new level.

Darkhan Ahmed-Zak introduced the current situation and prospects of the development of scientific and technological innovation in Kazakhstan, emphasized the potential of mutually beneficial cooperation between Kazakhstan and China in the field of science, and spoke highly of the fruitful cooperation between China and Kazakhstan. He expressed the hope that in the future, bilateral cooperation in science and technology innovation will continue to serve the common interests of the two countries.

At the end of the meeting, the two sides signed the protocol of the 10th meeting of the Subcommittee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the China-Kazakhstan Cooperation Committee. The meeting was held under the framework of the first "Belt and Road" Science and Technology Exchange Conference. During the visit, the Kazakh delegation also visited a number of science and technology innovation centers and laboratories, including the National Innovation Center for Intelligent Connected Vehicles.
